Camp Sunshine/Snowflake is a recreational program for children and adults with multiple disabilities. Here at camp, we strive to provide a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment for our campers.
Through our volunteer involvement and dedicated staff members, our campers are given a fun-filled day of activities that foster peer to peer interactions, physical movement, and exciting outdoor events!
Camp Sunshine is our Summer camp branch!
We run on Mondays – Fridays from June – August.
9 am – 3:30 pm
Camp Snowflake is our Fall/Winter/Spring branch!
We run on Saturdays from September – May.
12:30 pm – 4 pm
Group leaders are responsible for groups of 10-15 campers. Groups include – Little Kids, Middle Kids, Older Boys, and Older Girls.
Crafts leader and Games leader are responsible for creating fun, engaging, accessible activities for the campers to participate in.
Lifeguards are responsible for taking care of our accessible, heated pool. All lifeguards are certified and undergo rescue training.
Our certified Nurse is responsible for the safety and care of all of our campers, volunteers, and staff members.
